I installed blackberry runtime on my z3 device wanting to play pokemon go but my device was 10.3.1 and now my android apps isn't opening at all including amazon please help I beg someone to help me

Not really sure what you have done... only suggestion would be to Restore to Factory with LINK.

Your post is not entirely clear, but the first thing you need to do (if you haven't done so already) is update your Z3's OS to 10.3.2.xxxx.

If I am decoding the OP correctly, he may have installed the Android Runtime from BBW intended for OS 10.3.2.2876 / 10.3.2.2888.

OP, you need to reload your existing OS with Link, or update to one of the above OSes yourself. Otherwise you will not be able to run Android apps.
