    I have this problem with my BlackBerry Q10. I have downloaded and installed the Android Runtime recommended at the Blackberry Knowledge Base. Now, when I install an Android app from the Amazon App Store, it can be uninstalled without problems, but apps that I downloaded and installed before the runtime update still appear as installed in the Amazon App Store, and I can only select opening them but nothing else. What can I do to wipe those apps from the phone, so I can reinstall them to be able to use them? If I want to open Viber from the App Store, it doesn't start.

    you would need to wipe your phone and start over i guess.
