    When I try to download android apps, the apk files keep loading and never give me the option to install the apps. What should I do. Any suggestions this happened after I installed the update??

    Hi Steven. What OS do you have? Also after the apk downloads, you don't see install as a choice in the Amazon App Store or in SNAP?

    I have the 10.2.1 OS. When ever I download an apk file it just loads not giving me the option to install.
