    Every day. Amazon Update. Have done it multiple times. It goes through the update (I am assuming) and that's it. Next day same thing. This update has been appearing every day. It's getting annoying as......... Pls help.

    Try updating using the Amazon Store instead of the Amazon App Store.

    The update is for the Amazon Store app itself, I had the same issue a few months ago: it just won't update until it wants to unless you download the APK and install it directly.

    I had it too and changing the app worked for me. But your solution is as good as. Same principle: change the means.

    OK didn't mention. BBZ10 has both Appstore and Amazon. Can't delete either. You saying download. Will it over ride this. Usually have to delete before download.

    I'll take it if you're just going to trash it lol.
    Do you have Sachesi? Use it to delete the amazon app not working. Restart the phone it'll reappear. Either never open it, or open it and it should do the most recent update and solve your issue.

    If you want to "reset" the app to "never been used" condition (and therefore permissions no longer activated) you can just by using Android Assistant (the version on Mobogenie, for example) go to permissions and delete the app. It will not delete but will set back to unused. So, I presume, if you do not activate its permissions, it won't ask to update.
