    Have conducted a search with no luck on answers.

    I am using a Passport.

    When trying to download a movie from Amazon, it wants me to download a player which I cannot get to download. Am I doing something wrong.

    Going to hazard A guess that you need an Amazon prime account or there us a regional restriction outside of the USA.

    Amazon prime videos will not play on any BB10 devices.
    I have a prime account and have found no one that has been able to play prime videos.
    If someone has please let us all know.
