There are many ways to remove the Amazon Appstore, but when you reboot your device, it comes back right after. So to answer your question: You cannot.

Apps installed through Amazon appstore can typically be uninstalled from within appstore or by deleting app from device screen.

The most recent OS has a well documented android runtime error which prevents the complete removal of any deleted android based apps.

Until BlackBerry corrects this with a new update you will need to use the "fixes" which others have described to you in different threads.

The most successful fix is the installation of previous OS ART bar files. If you do as suggested you will then be able to remove both the Amazon and Play store apps without issue.

Go to Setting>Parental Control and scroll down to the bottom to disable Amazon. I hope it helps.
