Have you updated your Z30 to OS10.3.2.2876/SW10.3.2.2836?
If so, there are known issues with the Android runtime in that build, see posts #33 and #34 here for issues and fix:

Otherwise, try a Soft reset.
A Soft Reset is the same as a Hard Reset on removable battery devices, the same thing as a Battery Pull.
To perform a Soft Reset:
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Down buttons at the same time, you will know if you pressed them at the same time by getting a screen shot saved notice on the screen, continue to hold the buttons down.
- You will see the screen shot notice, then the screen will turn off, then the word BlackBerry will appear on the screen, and then the device loading animation will begin.
- As soon as the device loading animation starts, release the buttons.
- The device will now boot up.
What this does is deletes all caches, clears running memory, shuts down all apps and services, powers off and then on the device, and generally fixes any issues with caches or buggy apps. It doesn't delete any files, settings, contacts, messages, or apps.
NOTE: It is normal for the device to be sluggish and glitchy for up to five minutes after it has rebooted from a Hard/Soft Reset, as it is rebuilding all caches and restarting background apps and services, so it is best to just let it sit for five minutes before checking it to see if the issue has been corrected.
