I defeated my Fitbit app because it doesn't not working right. I thought I could Re install it but when I bring it up on the Amazon site if only allows me to open it. Can someone give me some help here?

In amazon go to "My Apps" then tap "Cloud" and press the app and a dialog will come out and delete it, then close amazon store and try to install it again

As noted above you are likely on 2876 OS.

Read the following support bulletin below and go to the link described.

It will take you to BBW. Download the runtime patch...don't open it but do reboot your device.
