I ordered a Passport, then they sent me an order confirmation. It had a link. After clicking it, the web browser says it has a bad secruity certificate and the website identity could not be identified. Am I the only one with this issue?

No, it's Digital River's fault. They are the shops' (blackberry and the actual certificate) hoster. Most likely misconfigured https settings. Someone is incompetent and should be fired over this.
