    I had tried this: My q10 is connected to a pc using a USB cable. I remove its battery. It KEEPS WORKING, showing zero battery. I install the new one, it recognizes it , and It shows full battery. It works for a few seconds, then it reboots ....

    This is really weird ... Any hint on what is going on ???

    yeah. there is no such thing as a hot swappable battery for the Q....lol
