I have a new BlackBerry Classic, and when I set the alarm which I use daily to get up for work, it has turned itself off and i'm late for work. It has happened a number of times in the last few weeks. I did not have this problem with my Z10, so am presuming it is an issue with the classic. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change for my alarm to stay set while my phone is in bedside mode?

The snooze-function is turned off by default.
What about turning it on, so that the alarm rings again after 10-15 min?
Because touching your phone anyway will turn alarm off (even the screen, any volume button, any key...)
You might have touched the phone somehow when just woke up and continued sleeping after that.
