    Recently I upgraded my os into 10.3.2.2639 in Z3 but after Rebooting Process whole my Data( BB Account, other mail accounts and apps) were deleted. The yellow LED keeps blinking, The Battery can charge up to 60% . No android app is working in it (those had worked in previous version). I wiped my whole data but it do the same thing . When i restore my data from BB Link it says update your os . Pls help in this matter

    Reload the os using link maybe that could solve your problem

    i tried to reload it but only single change i found that the color of blinking LED is Green now pls guys i really need a help in this matter.

    You should have done the update through sachesi platform because I feel that's the only genuine platform for downloading BlackBerry updates.. Try it n check it will help her out for sure.

    Sachesi loder doesn't work in windows 8.1 it says some dll file is missing

    Download os 10.3.2.2789 which is an official update.

    I think there is problem in my phone's ROM after i update my phone from wifi or link or sachesi (i've tried all of them) but after rebooting it shows me the same os 10.3.2.2639 every time
