    So what can i do now. i coudnt find most of the apps from 10.2.1 after upgrade. there is no file manager, evernote & lots of default apps

    You have installed a developer OS which doesn't have these App's.

    Just install the newest complete OS, instead of a very old developer OS.

    Search the leak forum for 10.3.1.1154.
