After updating Z10 to OS10.2.3 the settings won't work and PC does not recognize phone. Tried Blackberry device management, link, blend and volume buttons to reset. Nothing seem to work. Any ideas? Thnx, Evert, the Netherlands

10.2.3? As far as I know that does not exist (10.2.1, 10.2.2, 10.3.0 and 10.3.1 do though).
Turn your device off and plug it to Link. It will ask you to reload the OS. That will load whatever your carrier can offer you.
From there, you're free to install your chosen OS again.
