    i decided to go with the security wipe and it was a hard wait till it was done then after that the wifi just keep on scanning, and scanning, other devices seemed to have connections, and mine nothing . its Blackberry Q5 please help me . thanks

    Have you added your wifi? If you have, try a reboot and try an connect again.
