    Installed new 10.3 on my Z30 now it will not connect to blackberry link. Have reinstalled both link on computer and Z30 on Link.

    It's a known issue. You can try uninstalling and re-installing BlackBerry Link, but even then it might not work, it's a known issue that doesn't really have a definitive fix.
