    Hi like I said above my phone doesn't load even some defaults app any more. It happened just after the I did hard reset to my phone. And also almost all the android apps which were supporting before doesn't support any more.
    When ever I try to open apps it use to close automatically. Help me Out please. Someone do make you tube videos to help me with this.

    What OS are you on exactly (10.?.?.????)? What Z10 variant are you using (100-1, 100-2, 100-3, or 100-4)?
