    After performing a hard reset on my Z10 all my personal contacts return with a duplicate set of phone numbers, this does not happen with business contacts. When I input numbers I always use the hyphen but the duplicate numbers show up as a string with no hyphen and not always as the correct type (i.e. home, cell, work). I have no other type of contacts linked to my phone like email or facebook, it is basically just the information I input. After a reset I have to go through my entire list and delete multiple duplicate numbers.
