I'm new here, I have blackberry Q5, I have to replace the battery, but do not turn on mobile, when mobile on-red light yellow light blinking and , the show never makes AIM battery and X show that the battery is never, Three hours on the charger to charge cell wall is checked ,and never have to switch show who came, be my guide

If you got the device from a carrier, go back and trade for a new one. If you got from Shop BlackBerry, email support there (same for Amazon).

You could look into stack charging, can't really hurt at this point.

Also is speaking about removing his battery when it's clearly non-removable.

Maybe OP means his Q10??

I would say, try turning the batter the other way round? Otherwise you probably got a dud battery. Return or replace.

If it is indeed a Q10 I would put my old battery in and see what happens. if all is fine then I would take the battery back to the supplier and get a different one.

Who says the battery is not removable? It is but it's a chore. I replaced one for my friend. He dropped it in a puddle. I ripped it open and used a torx driver to take out the screws and get it out. In the end it was too late but yes the battery can be replaced.
