    After I updated my z10 to the android run time 10.2.1 the android apps won't work. Whenever I download an apk file and click install it just keeps loading not giving me the option to install?? What should I do?? Some blackberry world apps won't open either?

    Usually when the Android runtime doesn't work, you need to reload the OS.
    Are you waiting long enough upon opening an app to give it time to connect? Usually the first time it takes a few minutes. If this persists across all the apps, I would uninstall them and reload them first to see if they work. Failing that, reload the OS.
