My Z10 cannot connect to my wifi, it remains on "acquiring IP address ". I don't think it's a network problem cuz everything else in my household remains connected. Would it be a device issue or even a carrier issue? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, have you tried power cycling your z10 and your router?

I have the same problem on a cheap TP-Link TL-WR740N Router. It only works well when set to Mode: "11g only" and Channel Width: "20MHz". You may try these settings and see if it will work for you.
