    I switched from reg passport to the new silver addition. Very happy with it accept whebn I did a device switch, every day I get three Notifications... "Account Info Needed". Saying I need to update my password for my Gmail account. Two say same thing. And the third says I need to update my password for the "Waze" Android App. I even deleted files and waze app on phone and I am still getting the notification. My older passport was fine with no notifications. I do have Cobalt's Playstore on both phones. Does someone know what is going on..

    May be those accounts have a two step authentification or you need to update the App-password.

    Just update the account information (password) in the phone settings.

    May be those accounts have a two step authentification or you need to update the App-password.

    Just update the account information (password) in the phone settings.

    Workhorse: BlackBerry|Q10, SQN100-3, OS 10.3.2.2639; Power Workhorse: BlackBerry|Passport, SQW100-1, OS 10.3.2.2639 ; Germany.
    It's a bug with restore.

    It often duplicates accounts in the hub, which as a consequence, cannot be authenticated.

    Prior to the Accounts Cleaner app, only a security wipe could clear them out.

    OK. I downloaded and deleted the extra accounts. I only have the one Gmail account now it says... Hopefully this fix fix the annoying Notifications. Thanks again for your help buddy.
