I have taken photos and video with my Q10. However, I cannot retrieve any of the past documentation with my phone. I can only see the most recent shot. I attempted to use the help site on the phone but the icon it showed to use is not visible on my phone. Can someone please give me step by step instructions? Consider me as totally ignorant about technology and do not assume I know a thing because that is pretty much the situation.

    Hi Mary

You can access all pictures taken with your device by tapping on the Pictures app

Accessing photos and video taken with phone-img_20140823_210911_edit.png

To view the video's tap on the Video app

    Hope this helps.
If not let me know and I'll tell how to find them via your File Manager

    Hi Mary,

Alternatively you can use the file manager. Click on the file manager icon and go to your camera folder. You should now see your pictures.
Please note, that depending on your settings, your pictures are either saved on the device or your media card. After accessing the file manager you can switch between device and media card on the down left button.

    Greetings, Phil
