    My 9930 worked fine for almost 2 years. Then about 2 months ago, i would fully charge and it would go dead in varied time periods(Verizon told me to get a new battery...I did...same thing happened. They sent me a replacement phone...same thing happened. They have sent me another replacement device....I am battling with the same problem. Bb technical support reloaded the phone through webex's etc. when battery indicator goes red, I can remove battery and reboot and the device shows that I have lots of battery life remaining. I am on 2nd new battery(3rd counting the original) and 3rd device with a 4th in the box from Verizon. I am technically inept but I know I can't be the only person to have this problem all of a sudden with all these devices. Trying to be loyal but faltering. Please advise. Thanks

    Have you tried a different charging cable/charger? A faulty cable may be fouling up the sensor in the phone and battery and making things go nuts. Looking at your problem as described, if you're on phone/battery 3 and four, and all are exhibiting the same issue, I would think you might have a problem with the charger. That is the only common thing I could see causing your headaches at this point.
