    my BB9860 boots to 75% then goes to white screen. I've used task to try and wipe. does not work. apploader gives "cannot connect to JVM" error. desktop doesn't work either. I've tried clicked and that doesn't work. plz help

    Hello and welcome.
    If you are going to reload an OS you have to get Desktop Manager to connect.
    Have you tried another cable? Have you rebooted the phone a few times? Let it sit for a while to see if it's moving?
