I am purchasing music from the 7 digital store. I can't find or play my purchased music on the native bb10 music player.

Can someone help me.

When I first used 7 digital, it took me several tries of restarting the native music player &/or device for the purchased music to show. I just bought a single tonight (Z10 on os 10.2.1.3062) and after the download, it's showing in the native music player. I'm not sure what you've tried, what os you're on but have you tried re-starting your phone? Did you complete downloading the music?

I have simply downloaded the music from 7 Digital, then before the Music app has discovered it, I will launch File Manager, navigate to the downloads folder and then open the music file from there. Then typically when it's done playing the music app has discovered any new songs in that location and added them to the library.
