Hi Team,

I want to use 128 gb sd memory card in my BlackBerry z10 but i am confused that it will work in my phone or not, please help me in this because I want to increase my phone external memory, below mentioned are my phone details

Model :- BlackBerry z10
Model no. :- STL100-1
Software :- 10.2.1.2977

Kindly help me for this one..

I used a 64GB card with my Z10 but I don't believe the 128 will work. We will see if someone has reported success.

128 does work, format it exFAT

128GB SD Cards work conditionally. Remember to format the media card before usage, and it might be compatible.

Good to know it works. I know cards formatted in exfat don't play through my car's BT so I guess I wont be using a 128GB card...lol

I'm not having any luck getting a 128gb card from San Disk to work with 10.3. My 64gb card works fine, but the 128 won't load more than about 4gb worth of data. Once it hits that point, the transfer rate slows WAAAAY down and it actually will delete things that I have already loaded. I have formatted the card in the phone, and tried to use every method I can think of to get it to work. I've connected the phone via it's BB USB cable to the computer and tried to transfer data to it in USB Mass Storage mode. I've used LINK to try to transfer all my data (which is mostly pictures and music) and I've taken the card out and tried to transfer data to it by putting it in a card reader and plugging that into the USB port. No go. It just won't take more than 4gb without any issues.

Is there a different way that I should be formatting? (other than using the phone itself?)
