    When I go to storage and USB it says that 10.4GB is used on my phone. I got this phone yesterday, so I doubt this, however when I go to the internal storage page, adding up all the categories listed, I am using around 4gb of storage.

    Can someone tell me what is going on? This is my first android phone after being happy with BB10 - I am really dissapointed so far, I hate it, so I am frustrated to say the least. How do I delete files to make space? what should I even delete?

    Did you or anybody transferred any file to your phone via USB. Because there might some file (like musics, videos etc) in the android file system.
