    The 10.3 works perfect on my Q10 and it's amazing, to all those who are having issues I request you make a back up and maybe wipe the device if possible then search for updates to see if you may have the 10.3 and make sure it downloads once and for all without pauses or loss of connections. Also some apps that may have been installed might cause the problem who knows maybe some certificates or signatures aren't so secured.

    it is very bizarre, isn't it? Some have flawless installs and others have so many issues. How did you update your phone, out of curiosity?

    I've been waiting for the update honestly and every time I check this forum I see so many complains about the update so I told myself I'd try my luck and boom everything is perfect with no problems.

    I just manually searched for updates and it showed the 10.3 which then I put to download and after it downloaded I left the phone for a while then restarted it, as soon as it got on I left it for about 10 seconds then I started using it and everything is perfect.
