Hello there. I am aware that there are several threads regarding this topic but i haven't found any solution yet.

I've been using Z10 STL100-2 with 10.3.1.1565 for over two weeks now. Battery issue occured since my carried pushed the 10.3 update. Battery life was meh before but now it is way beyond ********. As i am writing this (10:30 AM), my Z10 is at 36% and I removed the charger at 7:15 AM today. It's been pretty much idle whole this time apart from checking some BBM channels.

I have already tried rebooting and pulling battery out a couple of times. I even made a backup of my phone, restored factory settings via BlackBerry Link and restored my copy as some people suggested but nothing works. Turning Blend off doesn't help either. Someone said it has to 'settle in' but like I mentioned, it's been over two weeks already.

Does anyone know a solution to this? I'd appreciate any help.

I have used Link to reload the OS after the 10.3.1 update and did not restore afterwards.

I'm surprised to report that I managed to get 3 full days of battery time on my Z10, with light use (I had a few vacation days and used the phone only for some calls, a couple of emails per day and a little web surfing).

Try to reload the OS one more time and do not restore your backup, wait for 3 or 4 of days to see how it behaves.

Thanks for replying. However, I need all my current data, so that's not really gonna work out for me, unless there's some way to get all your mail and stuff history back manualy on 'fresh' device.

Silly me, mail accounts will sync, right? In that case I'll try what you suggested and get back here in a couple of days.

Ok so... I didn't wipe it again without restoring. What I did instead, was removing the battery (after wipe+restore for the first time) and leaving it like that for about an hour. After that time I put the battery inside my Z10, turned it on, charged to 100% and now after 8 hours I'm at 65%. Guess it's all good now
