10.3.2 installation help

Hai I'm using BlackBerry passport now my os version is 10.3.1 yesterday I download 10.3.2 on my laptop but now I don't know how to update the software it's rar file after I extract the file I can't find the .EXE format.. after I extract the rar file I found .signed file only... Pls help me... how I install that rar file????

After I extract that rar file... only signed and some sf and ec files only present
