    I have BlackBerry 10. It currently saying 121% 1.9 of 1.5GB. I have space. It still state I need to move or delete files! What is going on?

    It does that, it can need twice the update size sometimes.
    Best to use BlackBerry link instead to update.

    Well, since it should have started the install after 100%, I think you should:
    1. Cancel that update;
    2. Double check if there is anything else you can remove from internal memory (it's a 3-1 ration. If it asks for 1GB, make 3.1GB of space);
    3. Reboot the device (hold top buttom till it boots);

    If after that you still can't download and install, plug to Link and let it do it for you.

    Thank you everyone. I couldn't use the link...my computer is dead. I didn't two battery pulls. I 'd move everything to my media card. It updated successfully.

    BB10 is not BBOS, don't do Battery Pulls unless you are told to by support. from now on, use the top buttom to reboot. Just like we're told not to shut down a PC before telling it to turn off, BB10 can get whacky if you just snap it off.
