    After updating my BlackBerry Q10 to OS 10.3.1, a background picture is appearing everywhere. Please help me out how I can fix it.

    Please tell us which 10.3.1 OS you did update too. How you updated to it as well. Type "myver" no quotes into the text field here on cb10.

    I think you may have loaded an OS with the diagnostics screen on the bottom left which does not show on a screen cap. If so, upgrade to a newer 10.3.1 like 10.3.1.2744.

    I had bb10-0015 error. I reloaded OS through BlackBerry link. After which this problem, I'm facing.

    Did you restore from a backup after reloading your OS?
    Have you tried doing a security wipe without any restore?
    If you did all that, then Reload the OS again using an autoloader this time.

    The Force is telling me the OP loaded a Dev OS, or one of the betas, and he's seeing the diagnostic stats in the lower right hand corner.
    OP, post a screen shot of your about screen, select the OS option.
