    I have a ZTE grand max 4 with cricket and when I use facebook messenger for video chat, when I have my headset it the other person is cutting in and out and I would have to unplug the headset then plug it back in and when I try to talk on video chat with messenger and Skype on my phone there voice is really low to where I can't hear what there saying, can anyone help

    Sounds like a hardware issue, but you might just want to see if you can reload the OS on it. Not even sure if that's possible, as ZTE might not offer the files but, good place to start.
