Black Berry undoubtly the phone I like most.But after the updations in software to 10.3 its not giving satisfaction.specailly dialler pad,camera,photo gallary,and overall configration of phone.its like copied.plz suggest how can I down load old software 10.2...Otherwise I have to change my phone

Search for the latest 10.2 OS version in this forum and use the autoloader.

Note: You will not be able to use a 10.3 backup on 10.2 so hopefully you have made a backup back in 10.2 to use or are okay with starting fresh.

Searching on Crackberry would have given you plenty of results; only took me a few minutes.

To check for your phone's model, in case you did not know:
Swipe down from the home screen, tap on Settings.
Scroll down to the very end and tap on About.
Scroll down and check the "Model Number".

In the above link scroll down to this area (10.2.1.3253 was the last official OS):

No, autoloaders are used with computers and USB cables.
Perhaps someone will comment and let you know of a way to do it without a computer, as I am not sure if there is a way.
