BBM channels are relatively new, but it's as if Blackberry doesn't care for them either. Blackberry should start making channels for each of their devices and give them the same importance as for the facebook pages and twitter accounts. Channels for developers, etc... I cannot find one single respectful channel for Q10. please Mr. Chen, how do you expect companies and brands to have their official accounts when I see much more updates coming from blackberry's facebook pages than from its channel?

Good point. Official Channels should be created to funnel more users to the channel capability.

I agree! I haven't paid much attention to channels, but was looking for an official z30 channel

I think it's evolving quite nicely. Yes, a channel for each service would be nice, but not necessary.

What would BlackBerry post on a "Q10" channel?

On the one hand I can see how this would be wanted. Maybe daily tips? Notifications of software updates from major carriers? ("Hey Verizon Q10 users! Your update to 10.2.1 is rolling out today! What's one feature that you're looking forward to using in 10.2.1?")

On the other hand, these same things could be accomplished in the official BlackBerry channel which I have noticed has been rather quiet except for major releases.

Channels need to be made easier to find.

In Flipboard for example, I can browse all of the available magazines and I've found things I've never thought to search for.

With BBM Channels, I have to know what I want to look for if it's not in the "Featured" channels.
