    DTV tuners use a LOT of power relative to cell phone usage. The standards were set in the late 90s, and they are very inefficient compared to modern standards. I'm sure this is why you don't see this on any cell phone.

    In addition, you'd need an extendable antenna in order to pick up usable signals, which are much lower frequency than those normally used by the phone (VHF-hi and lower UHF freqs).
