Bet US Federal uptake will be non existent either for the same reason. They need to resolve this ASAP as many people will use this as a another reason not to implement BlackBerry.

The clock is ticking loudly for the company. Announcing strategic options including sale of the company says to the consumer and investor alike that things are bad. The demise of the company has become a self-fulfilling prophecy which began with a Wall Street take down and has now transferred to the real market. Exactly what they wanted.

Something must be done NOW. Whether it be a statement by the Canadian federal or Ontario provincial government that the company will not be allowed to fail. I realize that given that they may close down the hardward division as one of these options has made this almost impossible to do. But there is way too much at stake here to allow these idiots to continue on the path they are on. The vision of Heins at the AGM seems all but gone now.

But something must be done NOW to create some confidence by consumers in this company.
