    Three main things I took from it

    A) restructuring costs (severance and consultants) are going to be 4x as much as previously reported, nearly half a billion in charges in the upcoming quarters as they complete their restructuring program;

    B) BES10 adoption rate is lower than internally forecast due to reduced functionality at its release and increased competition in the segment;

    C) Revenues are down 50% in ALL areas across the board.

    Ouch.

    1.7 million bb10 devices sold to end users also was something that caught my eye. 4.2 milion legacy BBOS sold

    The fact that "Software and Services" took such a big hit is very worrisome....
    I'm thinking the TEST Installations of BES10 far outweigh the Permanent Installations with paying subscribers. Or the loss of legacy BIS subscribers is continuing to increase an an exponential rate. What ever the reason is... that isn't a lot of money for a "Services" only company if that were they direction they wanted to go in.
