When trying to get a response as to when the Z30 will get getting Verizon's NFL Mobile app, I found where someone got an answer. It's not a good one.

Thank you for contacting NFL Mobile Customer Care. If the product is not supported currently I don't believe it will be supported in the future. We are considering to not support Blackberry for the 2014 year as well as older operating systems for IOS and Android. Nothing is confirmed yet, but from what I hear that is the plan at this point. I am sorry I could not provide a better answer for you, but I rather tell you the truth then give you false hope that it will be supported in the future and to check back.

The Z10 and the Q10 are compatible. The Z30 isn't. And I'm assuming by this statement that this will include the Passport and Classic as well.

Nah...I have DirecTV Sunday Ticket. I will just use their max app and watch other games on my devices.

Too bad. Maybe this will be a boon for CBS/NBC/ESPN whichever stations broadcast the Thursday/Sunday/Monday games. Maybe THEIR apps will include the games now for a price?????

Oh and in answer to your last question, I have been on VZW's network for 32 years...the lack of the NFL (as much of a fan as I am) would not make me decide to go to an Android or IOS phone....unless BBRY disappears altogether.

It works fine on my Q10 for VZW too, but I just upgraded to the Z30 going by what VZW's website listed as compatible devices only to find out afterward that it isn't.

Right. It works on the Z10 and the Q10 we know that.
It doesn't work on the Z30. What about an Android version of the app? No chance to get the live feeds?

Restore a Z10/Q10 backup on your Z30 to get the app.

Right, the app is still there for Z and Q, but not for any of the newer BB10 devices. I've been waiting to get it on my Z30 since it first came out but still no luck. I've been running the android version but much like most other android-based applications, it sucks.

I came here to see if anyone has the bar file for the BB version of the app. Anybody?

Got an update on my Z10 over the weekend for the app. Z30 didn't sell well and has a different resolution than the Z10, so blame BlackBerry for **** poor planning when they decided to launch the Z10 with a 1280x768 screen then standardize on 1280x720 on every device after that, then backtrack and release the Z3 with lower. Now in fairness the app would likely work just fine with zero effort on the Z30, but NFL is likely not aware of this do to BlackBerry's atrocious, and now disbanded team under Marty Mallick. You guys need to be going to BlackBerry and demanding that they work with Vendors to add Z30 support to apps that work on the Z10. BlackBerry has been all over the place since the BB10 launch and the market probably want them to get their sh1te together before they out effort into the platform.

The regular DirecTV App didn't work fully the last time I tried it. You could view the schedule and set recordings, but not view any content.

I downloaded the NFL Mobile app from SNAP and I was told by VZW that it should work on my phone. I am going to find out on Thursday. I will see if I can get the premium content. I have the MORE everything plan so it's free. We will see if it works!

I have snap but cannot get it to link to Verizon, anyone have a updated z10 bar file, by the way with 10.3 leak it runs flawlessly.
