I just bought an ipad 2 almost 2 months ago. I have had no problems with it up until the other day. Was working fine went to turn the sound down a bit and nothing happened. It is at full volume even when muted. Is there anything I can do to fix it
I'm not sure if changing/upgrading the iOS would help, but if it's malfunctioning, I would take it back. Apple is very good when it come to warranty replacement.
