I downloaded the 5-0 radio app which allows you to hear police chatter from where ever you are...
My boyfriend went to download the app and it tells him to upgrade 3.1.3 or something like that. He is not at home or near a computer is there anyway he can upgrade?!? to get the app to work?
If not, when I get home what is it I need to do on his phone to upgrade?
Just hook it up to iTunes and it should tell you that there is new device software available. Be advised there there is no released jailbreak/unlock took for 3.1.3. But if that's not an issue just hook it up to the computer and iTunes will do the rest.
