"Amongst the chaos of 4.0.2 being released, the dev team tweeted earlier today about an update to ultrasn0w which has been tweaked to help improve the battery life during standby on unlocked iPhones.
So if your not already franticly backing up your SHSH blobs, head on over to Cydia and look for the update there. The recent iOS 4.0.2 does not have an updated baseband, but as usual ultrasn0w needs a JB, so stay away from 4.0.2 if you enjoy your unlocked iPhone."
To update open Cydia then click changes on the bottom. On the top right corner it should tell you there is an update.
