Taiwanese Pop Star Shocks World With iPhone 5 Hands-On Exclusive

The Taiwanese equivalent of Declan Donnelly has stunned the tech world, managing to get his hands on what may be an iPhone 5. And posting photos of it on the internet.

Jimmy Lin is the man in question, who stuck up a short preview of what he says is the iPhone 5 on his micro-blogging site hosted at Weibo, although he's a little short on explanation as to how he came to be in possession of it.

Line reported: "Today I confirmed that the iPhone 5 will be longer and have an aluminium back like the iPad. While it has a four-inch screen, it’s thinner, though it feels about the same in the hand. The headphone jack has also been moved to the bottom. As for the dock connector, the iPhone 5 doesn't use the 30-pin connector, instead changing to a smaller 19-pin connector."

Words are of course nothing without photos, and Lin backed up his exclusive hands-on report with a stylish montage of photos, showing off the phone's reworked, smaller dock, backside, and the elongated, larger form that's apparent when stood up alongside Apple's previous generation of mobile.
