Anyone in southern california notice how freakin slow the 3G has been lately? Since 2.2, almost nothing that fetches data on the internet will work over 3G.. if I switch to EDGE, it's SLOW, but everything works fine.. When doing speed tests on 3G, I get 200-250ms but the download/upload tests never go through as it says the connection to the server dropped.

if I do on EDGE, I get 3000ms, but the tests go through..it's so annoying.

Are you using an iPhone 3g or referring to ever since apple put the 2.2 out your 3g device has been effected as well?

If you mean iPhone 3g, I have not yet updated as I am selling mine.

I'm referring to the iPhone 3G.. Since the 2.2 update, I cant seem to browse the web in the business area of Irvine, CA which is blanketed in 3G from all the carriers..

I have full bars, 3G showing yet data rarely works, or is SUPER slow.. if I switch to EDGE, works fine, always but it's slow.. not as slow as the 3G..

I do notice that it works fine late at night, but during the day it's slow.. I bet it's because all the iphones are clogging the air..
