I'll start
Wifi
3G (iPhone 4 on Rogers Network)
Pretty happy with these results. I can stream 720p youtube videos just fine when tethering so that's awesome

dont have a screen shot handy, but i was able to do mid 6.xx Mbps down on at&t 3G with my iphone 4.

Heck I'll embarrass myself. Both networks are plenty fast enough for me. After a certain speed it's just a weenie measuring contest anyhow.
