Notification pulldown not working

I used to be able to pull down the Notification Center without any notifications except for the weather.

For whatever reason, I can't pull down the Notification Center just to look at the weather now.

Have you tried a battery pull?

Try turning the phone off and then back on. If that doesn't work, reboot!

Soft resets are usually key when something flubs up .. It's rare enough but all devices need a reboot now and then lol

On the plus side, I've only had to power off and on once when the accelerometer stopped working o_0
