The new split keyboard feature on my ipad2 is terrible (for me)... Let me rephrase that-- it is SO hard to teach your brain to communicate with your fingers to input a word when your hands are so far apart!! LOL
That being said-- at the end of the day, no one is forcing me to use it ( and i do LOVE typing on the regular ipad keyboard) Anyone else find it a strange sensation?

Clearly, It's really mean to be a thumbpad, to be used as you hold your iPad aloft while sitting or grasped in your hands while standing - but it is an odd layout and even holding 1.3 lbs aloft for any length of time can be a drag.

Not really meant for those writing their version of 'War & Peace' on their iPads.

Kinda reminds me of those ergonomic keyboards from Microsoft years ago (the ones where it split down the middle).

It makes sense; just takes a little getting used to

Yea it takes it a little time to get use to it, but I like it more because I don't have to reach alll over the place for the keys
