Default Need Input: Used iPods @ Gamestop

Hello all! I was wondering if anyone had purchased any used iPod products from Gamestop recently... my gut instinct is to just pay for a brand new one but feeling a little sick at shelling out $300+ for a 32gb.

Basically, what I'm afraid of: I buy a used one from Gamestop and if for some reason I need to call Apple's customer service, give them the s/n and they tell me it's stolen or something.

    Thanks for any info!!

GameStop has a horrible return policy on used hardware. You may want to look at some other options.
