Need help with Iphone app question

I upgraded to windows 7 the other day, and unfortunately after the upgrade, my apps were gone. I did not notice, plugged my iphone in, and it started to sync, and removed all my apps that I had. Now, when Im in itunes, and I go into the Applications tab, it has all the apps I had listed. Problem is, they are grayed out so I cannot drag them over.

I know Itunes backs up apps (or at least thought it did). Where would the backup be of all my apps that I could load? I still have my old files from vista including itunes.

Any help would be much appreciated!

under 7 they are all moved to
C:\Users\[your name]\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\Mobile Applications

i ever tryuse iphone pcsuite have done.. but after update my iphone to v3.1..couldnot connet
